Bonchurch Building Contractors was established in 2001 by Sam Cooper. Following several years working for construction companies, Sam started a painting and decorating business that quickly and steadily developed into the full building service that it is today.
Over the years Sam has assembled an experienced team of highly skilled, loyal and dedicated craftsmen who are meticulous in their work and devoted to the company.
All of Bonchurch’s management, structural works, site labour, carpentry, plastering and decorating works are carried out by our own workforce, who are then supported by a select group of tried and trusted sub-contractors to carry out the remaining specialist trades.
Sam and Lawrence (Projects Manager) are personally involved on all projects to ensure that the highest quality control is kept throughout all areas of the building process, managing time and costs meticulously and openly.
With origins in decorating, the quality of the final finish is never compromised. Our attention to detail is achieved by good communication, understanding our clients needs, and embracing innovation.

Small Works and Aftercare division
Our specialist small works division carries out the aftercare for past and existing clients, as well as offering maintenance services and handling smaller projects. This team is made up of a selected group of tradesmen who are trained in taking extra care in finished home environments, working flexibly with the clients specific requirements.
