Ben leads up our BPM team and, with a background in high-end hospitality, is perfectly positioned to handle all the care and needs our clients and properties require. Ben is extremely organised, he carries out all the initial property assessments with our specialists, produces and oversees the routine programmes and reports for the year, as well as be on call for our clients at any time to action the team as necessary.
Helen joined Bonchurch in 2013, and is based at her home office in Gloucestershire where she manages all order placements, company accounts, payments, invoicing and general administration assistance to the management team. Over the years, Helen has developed excellent relationships and contacts with all suppliers, sub-contractors and councils which proves very useful in times of need! Helen keeps the office running smoothly, comes to sites as necessary and is always at the end of the phone to field calls and pass messages on to relevant parties.
Lawrence, originally an electrician by trade, joined Sam as a site foreman for Bonchurch in 2010. He was then promoted to the position of Site Manager, then Projects Manager and has recently become a director of the company. He helps Sam oversee all areas of the contracts, supporting the site managers in ensuring they stay on schedule, on budget and that works are carried out to the correct standards. He manages all sub contractors, team progress and efficiently handles any post completion maintenance as necessary.
