Sam Cooper
Managing Director
After 6 years of working in the building trade as a labourer and then a painter, Sam started his own business in 2001, originally specialising in painting and decorating. Over the next few years he gradually developed it into the full building service that it is today and continues to manage the company and all contracts. Sam personally carries out all tendering processes, with a full understanding of all areas in every project. He visits all sites on a regular basis keeping a perfectionist eye on programmes and, most importantly, quality control and the final level of finish.
Lawrence Smith
Projects Manager
Lawrence, originally an electrician by trade, joined Sam as a site foreman for Bonchurch in 2010. He has since been promoted to the position of Projects Manager and helps Sam oversee all areas of the contracts, ensuring they stay on schedule, on budget and that works are carried out to the correct standards. He manages all sub contractors, team progress and efficiently handles any post completion maintenance as necessary with the BC Elite team.
Helen Stillman
Office Manager
Helen joined Bonchurch in 2013, and is based at her home office in Gloucestershire where she manages all order placement, company accounts, payments, invoicing and general administration assistance to the management team. Helen keeps the office running smoothly, comes to sites regularly as necessary and is always at the end of the phone to field calls and pass messages on to relevant parties.
Allison Bird
Accounts
Allison started working part time for Bonchurch in April 2016, assisting Helen in the Head Office with the company accounts, payroll, administration and general organisation through the company.
Marcin Pastusiak
Site Manager
Marcin joined Sam’s team back in 2005 as a plasterer and, through very hard work and natural leadership skills, quickly became a highly respected and accomplished site manager. To date, he has steered well over 20 Bonchurch projects to succesful completion.
Razvan Solea
Site Manager
Razvan has been with Bonchurch for over 8 years, starting out as a skilled labourer and then, through strong determination and proven efficiency, came up the ranks to become an extremely dilligent, reliable and organised site manager.
Marcin Nowak
Decorations Manager
Marcin started painting for Bonchurch in 2007 and promptly proved himself to be a decorator of the highest quality with a very impressive eye for detail. For this reason, he was promoted to the positon of ‘Decorations Manager’ 3 years ago. Marcin now manages and runs the entire painting team, coming in at the closing stages of each project to help oversee all snagging works and, alongside his team, maintain the Bonchurch perfect finish.
Tomasz Kulicz
BC Elite Manager
Tomasz manages the specialist BC elite team to carry out all finishing, aftercare and maintenance works at the end of contracts. He also oversees some of the smaller specialist works that come through existing and past clients. Tomasz has worked with Sam for over 15 years and thanks to his extremely efficient, careful and hard working approach, he consistently completes his jobs on time, whilst keeping our clients reassured and satisfied.
